Is it time for home care?
CHHC Goal is to assist our clients with the ability to continue to age in place and maintain their independence.
U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention defines aging in place as “the ability to live in one’s own home and community safely, independently, and comfortably, regardless of age, income, or ability level.” Aging in place endorses life fulfillment, a positive quality of life, and self-confidence. All needed to remain happy, healthy, and well into old age.
